Check out time: No later than 11:00 am. Advanced reservations are recommended for the Summer Season. A deposit of 50% fee must accompany all reservations, one night stays must be paid in full. All rates are subject to 9% tax. Each additional person $12.00 per night. No charge for children 2 and under. Ten (10) days Cancellation Notice is required for the deposit refund. Cancellation fee: 10% of all deposits. Quiet pets welcome, at an additional cost of $10.00 per night. Pets must be kept on leash and may not be left unattended. Owners MUST clean up after their pets. Group or next year reservations are non-refundable unless cancelled sixty (60) days prior to scheduled arrival.
